Christ Church, Paignton, is a short distance along the same road as St
Paul's church and is built of red sandstone. It is quite an old and
traditional building. |

The organ, built by John Hele of Plymouth in 1889, is at the North side of the Choir, with some pipe-work facing into the North aisle. It was rebuilt by Hele & Co in 1906, and by Henry Speechly in 1926. In 2004, Hele & Co of Plymouth again rebuilt the organ, incorporating electric draw-stops.
